Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced CNC Setup &amp; Programmer with strong Mastercam proficiency and hands-on experience with 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC Mills and Lathe Machines. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-precision environment and is confident programming and setting up complex parts for aerospace-grade and heavy-industry applications.
 
Key Responsibilities

<li>Program CNC mills and lathes using Mastercam for 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis operations.</li>
<li>Set up CNC machines including tooling, fixturing, work offsets, and machine zero points.</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&amp;T symbols.</li>
<li>Optimize toolpaths for efficiency, accuracy, and precise tolerances.</li>
<li>Conduct trial runs, verify program accuracy, and adjust as needed.</li>
<li>Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges).</li>
<li>Troubleshoot machining issues and make immediate corrections.</li>
<li>Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure projects meet customer expectations.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized work area and contribute to a safe working environment.</li>

Qualifications
