Summary of position-
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the optimization of digital marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all digital touchpoints. This role will be responsible for building and managing performance marketing campaigns, optimizing the company’s digital presence, leveraging marketing automation, and analyzing performance metrics to inform decisions and strategy. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and technical digital marketing expertise to support Elevate Aviation Group’s growth goals.
 
Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities-

<li>Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display advertising, and email to support brand awareness and lead generation goals.</li>
<li>Manage and enhance the company’s online presence, including website content, SEO/SEM strategies, landing pages, and analytics tracking.</li>
<li>Analyze campaign performance and web traffic metrics using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other marketing platforms to generate actionable insights.</li>

Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities-
<ul>
<li>3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or aviation-related industries.</li>
<li>Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, Google Analytics (GA4), and digital marketing platforms.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and experience building dashboards and reporting for campaign performance.</li>

Responsibilities to include:
<ul>

Preparation of month-end financial statements with budget versus actual variance analysis
</li>
<li>
Presentation of financial reports to senior management providing accuracy, insights and recommendations for improving financial performance
</li>
<li>
Maintain and update various general ledger accounts with supporting schedules for month-end closing process and year-end audit
</li>
<li>
Perform cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
</li>
<li>
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
</li>
<li>
Monitor and evaluate internal control procedures making recommendations for improvement
</li>
<li>
Strong understanding of depreciation and amortization of fixed assets and various loan commitments
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>
Bachelor degree in accounting
</li>
<li>
Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience
</li>
<li>
Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
</li>
<li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
</li>
</ul>

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Video Pipe Inspection Operator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to operate specialized equipment to inspect pipelines, sewer systems, and other underground utilities using remote-controlled cameras. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret and document inspection findings accurately. Join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and integrity of underground infrastructure through meticulous video pipe inspections.
 
Responsibilities:

<li>Operate remote-controlled cameras to inspect pipelines, sewer systems, and other underground utilities.</li>
<li>Navigate camera equipment through pipelines to identify and document defects, blockages, and other issues.</li>
<li>Monitor and analyze video footage in real-time to assess the condition of pipes and identify areas in need of repair or maintenance.</li>
<li>Record accurate data, including pipe measurements, locations, and inspection findings.</li>
<li>Communicate inspection results to supervisors, engineers, and clients in a clear and concise manner.</li>
<li>Collaborate with maintenance crews to develop repair plans and schedules based on inspection findings.</li>
<li>Maintain and troubleshoot camera equipment to ensure proper functioning and prevent downtime.</li>
<li>Always adhere to safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.</li>
<li>Keep accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and equipment inventory.</li>
<li>Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices related to pipeline inspection.</li>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical training or certification in plumbing, construction, or a related field is preferred.</li>
<li>Previous experience operating video pipe inspection equipment or similar remote-controlled cameras is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various environmental conditions, including confined spaces and outdoor settings.</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately document inspection findings.</li>
<li>Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.</li>
<li>Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and maneuver in tight spaces.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.</li>
</ul>
 
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Certification in pipeline assessment and inspection (e.g., NASSCO PACP, MACP, LACP).</li>
<li>Experience in sewer maintenance, plumbing, or civil engineering.</li>
<li>Familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) software for mapping and data analysis.</li>
<li>Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to pipeline inspection and maintenance.</li>
