In the role of an Advanced Care Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) on our Virtual Care team, your role as a concierge clinician is to be there for patients in a members-only environment, when they need us most. 
You will work rotating shifts on our Aftercare and Triage services providing guided care to our members. Our Aftercare team is responsible for post-visit follow up medical care and management for patients seen in our clinics, on a house call or via telemedicine that needed urgent care. Our Triage team is responsible for telehealth consults, and responding to our members' clinical inquiries that may arrive via email, text or phone call, utilizing our proprietary Navigator platform. 
Full Time 100% Remote Opportunity - 8a-8p - Hiring from NY, NJ, PA or FL. Must be licensed to work in either FL, NY, CA and/or WA. Sollis will pay to license you in the other states upon hire! Must have emergency medicine experience. 
Responsibilities
1. Triage

Job Summary: Full-Time Patient Coordinator at our Boca Raton Office. The Patient Coordinator executes all front office duties and provides support to patients, providers, and support staff. Open to no experience but has an interest in healthcare, teamwork experience, and detail oriented with a flexible schedule.
Schedule: Full time, 30+ hours per week. Availability Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays during business hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm. Open Flexibility to help cover in a team environment is needed.
Patient Coordinator/Medical Receptionist:

<li>Proficiently and efficiently handle all incoming phone calls, scheduling-related tasks and online leads in a timely and knowledgeable fashion while creating a positive phone call experience for each caller.</li>
<li>Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance quality of service and care offered to patients and for respective provider(s)</li>
<li>Understand provider to patient flow and anticipate provider's next steps to the best of their ability</li>
<li>Perform inventory responsibilities and stocking of supplies and equipment as requested</li>
<li>Attend all in-house training and continued education opportunities</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Healthcare Experience is preferred</li>
<li>Medical Receptionist Experience preferred.</li>
<li>Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems preferred.</li>
<li>Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.</li>
<li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Excellent patient relation and customer services skills.</li>
<li>Must be professional, reliable and dedicated employee.</li>
<li>Prefer prior experience working in a dermatology / medical environment preferred. </li>
<li>Open availability to work during weekdays and weekends.</li>
