Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in data conversion and systems integration to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

The position is responsible for ensuring that all products manufactured meet or exceed quality standards as well as all safety, environmental and ISO requirements. Implement continuous improvement initiatives in the manufacturing and QC environment.
 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -

1. QC Lab and Process Management (80%):

Knowledge of work instructions, procedures, and calibration of QC instrumentation referenced in the LATICRETE Quality Control Manual.

Ensures all lab testing results are filed all the Quality Control test data and enter pertinent information (CofAs) into the computer database (JDE).

Ensure QC testing samples are obtained according to the Quality Requirements testing Level (Work Instruction 9.1.36) and maintain a storage system for retained samples.

<li>
Monitors the execution of (G)ood (L)aboratory (P)ractices.

Responsible for the entry of test results in the QC tracking system and the crosscheck of records.

Has basic knowledge of 5S and can assist in training new employees

Orders supplies for the QC lab and ensures the QC data-up system is maintained and updated daily.

This is a full-time position in office at our headquarters in Delray Beach, FL.
 
Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Accountable for the successful completion of project deliverables</li>
<li>Partner with internal teams (Search, Marketing, Operations) to ensure client expectations are understood and met.</li>
<li>Analyze client feedback and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for service improvement.</li>
<li>Communicate project status effectively to key stakeholders to manage expectations</li>
<li>Ensure planning, implementation and tracking of projects are well organized and consistent</li>
<li>Coordinate and recap meetings to ensure project efforts are cohesive and effective</li>
<li>Comfortable authoring many types of documents, including agendas, spreadsheets, and presentations</li>

Qualifications:

<li>3-5 years of operations and/or project management experience in a sales environment preferred</li>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree required, studies in Business, Communications, or related preferred</li>

<li>Excellent communicator, both written and verbal</li>

Job Title: Junior Project Manager – Cabling &amp; Low Voltage
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Duration: Full-time
Pay Rate: $30-35/hr. (negotiable based on experience)
 
Summary:
Verigent's client is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join their growing team in West Palm Beach, Florida, supporting cabling and low voltage projects in new construction environments.
 
Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing low voltage and cabling installations on new construction sites.
• Support senior project managers in managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with contractors, technicians, vendors, and site supervisors to ensure timely project execution.
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including reports, drawings, change orders, and meeting notes.
• Monitor project progress and assist with resolving field issues as they arise.
• Participate in project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
 
Qualifications:
• 1-3+ years of experience in project coordination or management (low voltage, cabling, or construction projects preferred).
• Familiarity with structured cabling, fiber optic, security, or other low voltage systems a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work on active construction sites and collaborate with field teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar software) desirable.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
