Duties &amp; Responsibilities

<li>Tracks and records all pertinent information for individual student progress, including attendance, task completion, measurable outcomes, report cards, FSA scores, and other assigned evaluation tools used for data collection and reporting while keeping all records confidential and current.</li>
<li>Reports concerns regarding students and any incidents to the administrative team. Assists in parent conferences and follow-up referrals for any concerns regarding individual emotional state, academic progress, and or social behavior.</li>
<li>Exhibits professional and collaborative behavior with children, program staff, parents and guardians, and school personnel.</li>
<li>Attends special agency events to be connected with students and plans recognition for outstanding student progress.</li>
<li>Assists with classroom maintenance, ensuring a neat and clean environment; requests necessary materials and supplies from supervisor(s) in advance.</li>
<li>Reports any needed repairs or maintenance to supervisor as soon as possible.</li>
<li>Assures lesson plans and activity schedules are available for any substitute filling in during absence.</li>

The mission of our practice is to provide comprehensive dental care for our patients. At First Patient Care Clinic we value our patients and their concerns for good health.
The ethical requirements of the national, state and local dental societies shall serve as a guide for our conduct. Our office strives to keep up with the latest and most innovative technology and research available in order to give our patients the most effective and efficient care possible.
