Your core focus as a Service Manager at Best Roofing will be to ensure that all roofing services meet high-quality standards and comply with industry best practices, while maintaining a safe work environment. You will work to optimize resource allocation, manage project budgets, and meet deadlines as well as foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are informed and satisfied throughout the project lifecycle. 
 
Key Responsibilities

This position works with Superintendents and Project Managers to administer, direct, and implement compliance with company’s safety and health policies and procedures and Federal and State safety and health regulations. Qualifications and Requirements:

<li>The Construction Safety Coordinator maintains awareness of active and developing situations.</li>
<li>Participate in planning meetings to identify any health and safety concerns inherent in the operations daily work-plan.</li>
<li>Review the Incident Action Plan for safety implications.</li>
<li>Investigate accidents that have occurred within incident areas.</li>
<li>Ensure preparation and implementation of Site Safety and Health Plan (SSHP).</li>
<li>Inspects the site to ensure it is a hazard-free environment.</li>
<li>Follow up on the implementation of toolbox meetings.</li>
<li>The construction safety coordinator reviews and approves all subcontractors safety plans.</li>
<li>Verifies that injury logs and reports are completed and submitted to related government agencies.</li>
<li>Verifies that all tools and equipment are adequate and safe for use.</li>
<li>Promotes safe practices at the job site.</li>
<li>Enforces safety guidelines.</li>
<li>Trains and carries out drills and exercises on how to manage emergency situations.</li>
<li>Conducts investigations of all accidents and near-misses.</li>
