The main function of this role is to ensure that guests have a positive experience during their stay and to assist with any issues or requests they may have.

Essential Responsibilities:

<li>Quote reservation pricing using internal systems and property details.</li>
<li>Create account records by effectively communicating with owners and guests via the reservation management system.</li>
<li>Run reservation and maintenance reports and monitor various system alerts daily.</li>
<li>Stay abreast of the conditions and needs of each property.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot customer service and maintenance issues.</li>

Driver Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Responsible for providing timely and courteous transportation for the residents to and from various activities while providing quality service. </li>
<li>Assists disabled passengers into and out of vehicle.</li>
<li>Secures passengers' wheelchairs to restraining devices to stabilize wheelchairs during trip.</li>
<li>Safely operates radio, cell phone or pager to communicate with base station or other vehicles to report disruption of service.</li>
<li>Maintains all community vehicles in good working condition.</li>
<li>Cleans and services vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories.</li>
<li>Assists with vehicle registration and license plates renewal process.</li>
<li>Inspects and documents vehicle condition on a monthly and per trip basis.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Must be 21 years or older.</li>
<li>Current commercial driver’s license (CDL) is required with an acceptable driving record in accordance with Federal Department of Transportation regulations.</li>
<li>Experience in customer service environment, preferably in a senior living setting.</li>
<li>Must be knowledgeable of all safety precautions and comply with safety measures.</li>
<li>Competent in organization, time management skills and handling multiple priorities.</li>
