QUALIFICATIONS

<li>Minimum:

<li>2 years restoration/construction industry experience</li>
<li>Basic industry training and seven (7) current certifications</li>
<li>Intermediate computer skills - MS, Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook (Emails)</li>
<li>Intermediate ability in reading and understanding Xactimate scopes and blueprints/architectural plans</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of local, state, and federal code requirements</li>
</ul>

<li>Knowledge and experience with construction drawings, specifications, and other construction related documents including take offs required</li>
