About the Role
The Guest Services Attendant is an hourly, non-exempt position within the Guest Services / Bowling department at HeadPinz and FastTrax Entertainment Centers across all locations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-controlled environment for guests and team members by enforcing safety standards, monitoring guest activity, and verifying eligibility requirements (including height, age, and waiver restrictions). While delivering excellent guest service is important, safety, compliance, cash controls, and risk prevention are the top priorities of this position.
Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities
Safety, Compliance &amp; Risk Prevention (Primary Responsibility)
<ul>
<li>Actively monitor guest behavior to ensure compliance with all safety rules, posted signage, and company policies.</li>
<li>Verify guest eligibility for attractions and activities, including checking height, age, and waiver requirements prior to participation.</li>
<li>Enforce all height, weight, and safety restrictions for FastTrax go-kart racing and attractions without exception.</li>
<li>Perform continuous safety inspections of bowling approaches, ball returns, concourse areas, track viewing areas, and guest walkways.</li>
<li>Ensure lanes, rental equipment, karts, helmets (where applicable), and guest areas are safe before assigning lanes or authorizing participation.</li>
<li>Enforce all alcohol service laws and company alcohol compliance policies, including age verification and refusal of service when required.</li>
<li>Follow all cash-handling, POS, and loss-prevention procedures to protect company assets.</li>
<li>Identify, report, and immediately address unsafe conditions, spills, hazards, damaged equipment, or non-compliant guests.</li>
<li>Maintain awareness of emergency procedures and assist in emergency response situations as trained.</li>
</ul>
Operations &amp; POS Controls
<ul>
<li>Accurately operate all POS systems in accordance with company procedures.</li>
<li>Ensure all transactions are processed correctly, including cash, credit cards, and vouchers.</li>
<li>Operate P.A. systems for safety announcements, race staging communication, and operational messaging.</li>
<li>Manage lane assignments and race scheduling with consideration for crowd control and safe guest flow.</li>
</ul>
Cleanliness &amp; Facility Safety Standards
<ul>
<li>Ensure rental shoes are inspected for cleanliness and foreign substances at issue and return.</li>
<li>Maintain restroom, floor, window, and concourse cleanliness to prevent slips, trips, and falls.</li>
<li>Remove trash, mop floors, and address spills immediately.</li>
<li>Assist with setup and breakdown of events while ensuring safe layouts and clear walkways.</li>
</ul>
Teamwork, Training &amp; Accountability
<ul>
<li>Support other departments as needed to maintain overall facility safety.</li>
<li>Participate in required safety, alcohol compliance, and operational training.</li>

The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and successful completion of large-scale construction and renovation projects. The Project Manager serves as the central point of accountability for assigned construction projects, coordinating internal teams, temporary labor resources, vendors, and external stakeholders. Primary responsibilities include achievement of revenue, expense and profit objectives as outlined in their budget and ensuring the training of their staff to successfully comply with all production goals, merchandise standards, customer service expectations, mission integration and full adherence to all company policies and procedures. They must have the right combination of business acumen, interpersonal skills, and leadership necessary to meet the performance standards for the store. Working long hours, weekends, evenings and holidays are often part of the job.
