Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company's size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes incentives, benefits, and other opportunities at PODS. In accordance with New York, Colorado, California, Washington and other applicable laws, PODS is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity. <li>Strong knowledge of pipe systems and their components</li>
<li>Experience working with Carbon Steel Pipes and Copper</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints.</li>
<li>Proficiency in using various tools and equipment for pipefitting.</li>
<li>Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines</li>
<li>Must have a valid Driver’s License and dependable transportation.</li>
<li>All tools of the trade &amp; PPE</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Physical fitness and the ability to work in demanding environments.</li>
</ul>
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Able to read and understand blueprints to determine pipe layout and design.</li>
<li>Measure, cut, and thread pipes to the required specifications.</li>
<li>Assemble and install piping systems using various tools and techniques.</li>
<li>Inspect, test, and troubleshoot piping systems for leaks and other issues.</li>
<li>Repair and maintain existing piping systems as needed.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members and other construction professionals.</li>
<li>Also, will be required to help if other guys need help installing hangers, hanging pipe or getting material.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized work area.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.</li>
