Key Responsibilities
· Review and interpret commercial plans, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate and competitive bids.
· Develop detailed takeoffs, material lists, and pricing for ITBs (Invitations to Bid) and RFPs (Requests for Proposal).
· Track bid opportunities, submit proposals, and follow up with clients.
· Build and nurture relationships with general contractors and other potential commercial clients.
· Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate project handoffs and material planning.
· Represent the company in a professional manner at networking and pre-bid meetings.
· Identify opportunities to improve estimating efficiency and expand our commercial client base. 
Qualifications
· Experience in the fencing industry strongly preferred.
· OR prior experience estimating from commercial plans in construction, landscaping, or related fields.
· Strong ability to read blueprints, site plans, and specifications.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines.
· Self-motivated and driven to meet goals and grow within the company.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and basic estimating software (Arcsite) or takeoff tools.

Job Description 
Responsibilities:
As a Veterinary Practice Manager, you will oversee all aspects of office administration to ensure efficient operation of the practice. Key responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Manage office operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and staff coordination</li>
<li>Recruit, hire, train, and supervise office staff, including performance management and conflict resolution</li>
<li>Ensure excellent customer service by addressing pet owners' inquiries and resolving complaints promptly</li>
<li>Implement and maintain hospital policies, including DEA/Controlled Substances and OSHA regulations</li>
<li>Oversee financial aspects such as inventory management, vendor relationships, and timely payroll processing</li>
<li>Coordinate with veterinary staff on patient care procedures and emergency cases</li>
<li>Market the hospital to prospective customers and the veterinary community</li>
<li>Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper use of veterinary terminology</li>
<li>Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned to support the hospital's overall operations and growth</li>

Qualifications 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Experienced or Certified Veterinary Practice Manager with a minimum of 1-year management experience preferred or 3+ years veterinary experience preferred</li>
<li>knowledgeable in veterinary medicine terminology and how to run a veterinary hospital&nbsp;</li>
<li>Compassionate, Calm, Team Player, Multi-Tasker and Strong Communicator</li>
<li>Highly organized and possess computer skills</li>
<li>Self-starter with the desire to continue to advance your knowledge and skillset</li>
<li>Open availability with flexibility to change hours based on hospital’s needs</li>

Pay range:&nbsp;$65,000 to $80,000 annually depending on experience&nbsp;

Description of Responsibilities: Provide Great customer service skills to the stores, admin, and all other vendors/donors. Primary duties include moving of RAW donated materials, all salvage commodities/sorts, trash, equipment/fixtures or other designated materials on/off trucks and sorting properly into the designated locations within the plant through the Kaizen system. Full compliance to Kaizen guidelines/principles as outlined in the audit and 5-minute drills. Will assist in all areas of the salvage sorting process and cross train to cover other specified job descriptions within the plant as needed. Leads areas of the operation and provides assignments as needed for Material Handler I's. 
Required Experience: High School graduate or its equivalent. At least one to two years of experience in warehouse operations; one to two years of experience loading 53', 48' containers and box trucks; one year supervisory experience; Previous forklift experience desired; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word).
Required skills: Must have sufficient mobility to turn from side to side, lean, kneel or bend. Ability to lift forty (40) pounds and work a flexible schedule.
