<li>1- 2 years proven experience in site management, preferably in the car wash industry.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Excellent project management and organizational abilities.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Proficient in using project management software and MS Office.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet labor goals, budgets, and deadlines.&nbsp;</li>
<li>A willingness to learn and be challenged daily.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling and turning&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary&nbsp;</li>
