ChildNet, Inc. is a private, not-for-profit community-based care (CBC) agency servicing Broward and Palm Beach County. We are contracted with the State of Florida, Department of Children and Families, to provide case management support to abused, abandoned, and neglected children. ChildNet is nationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA) and employs over 550 staff at its location in Ft Lauderdale and West Palm Beach, Florida.
Job Summary: This position provides background screening services to providers, internal departments, and clients of ChildNet, e.g., Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), birth certificates, abuse reports, “wanted” warrants, “open” capias and local law enforcement checks. 
The items listed below are intended to provide an overview of the essential functions of the job. This is not an exhaustive list of all functions and responsibilities that the position may be required to provide.

<li>Conducts "live scan" export data and verifies information accuracy. Classifies screenings to indicate the type of screening conducted. Resolves export problems and monitors incoming information.</li>
<li>Request diligent search information from federal, state, local, out of state and international agencies using "letters of inquiry" to locate the missing individual.</li>
<li>Perform routine to moderately complex clerical tasks requiring use of automated office systems.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain department logs, records of maintenance procedures, and filing systems.</li>
<li>Conduct follow-up on incomplete background screenings. Contact agencies, local law enforcement agencies, and Department of Children and Families to verify accuracy of information, a streamlined process, and timely responses.</li>
<li>Act as liaison between supervisors, professional staff, department leads, other departments, and outside agencies, gathering and relaying information as needed.</li>
<li>Process various correspondence, forms, and reports required within the department.</li>
<li>Coordinates confidential deliveries and arranges for pick-up of information. Assist other department staff to support department objectives and efficient operations.</li>
<li>Respond to department inquiries. Provides resolution or directs inquiries to relevant resources.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>

Job Summary: The Branch General Manager – Tampa will lead and manage day-to-day operations for our Tampa integrated systems team, overseeing installation and servicing in commercial settings. Duties and Responsibilities:

An established 200+ bed healthcare facility near West Palm Beach, FL, is seeking an experienced Director of Plant Operations to lead the overall management of engineering, maintenance, and facility operations. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant physical environment that supports quality patient care.
Position Overview
The Director of Plant Operations oversees the planning, organization, and direction of all maintenance, engineering, and grounds functions, and may also manage safety and security departments. This individual serves as the hospitals Safety Officer and ensures compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies, including The Joint Commission (TJC), CMS, OSHA, EPA, and local/state requirements.
This role requires a strategic leader who can effectively manage personnel and contractors, maintain building systems and equipment, and implement energy and asset management programs to achieve operational efficiency.
