JANITOR (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Job Overview:
 
Property manager
<ul>
<li>Manages the day-to-day operations of a property</li>
<li>Collects rent, sets rent prices, and approves new tenants</li>
<li>Coordinates leases and follows up on maintenance requests</li>
<li>Prepares vacant units for the next tenant</li>
<li>Handles tenant issues, repairs, and complaints</li>
<li>Acts as groundskeeper of the rental property and shared spaces</li>
<li>Manages move-ins, move-outs, and evictions</li>
<li>Ensures the property stays in compliance with local, state, and municipal codes</li>
</ul>
Community manager
<ul>
<li>Responsible for the overall operation of the property</li>
<li>Implements policies, procedures, and programs that ensure a well-managed, well-maintained building</li>
<li>Ensures compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and federal, state, and local laws</li>
</ul>

Skills &amp; Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in property Operations, Hospitality, or construction</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in business or related field</li>
<li>Must be Certified and Licensed, CAM preferred</li>
<li>Critical thinking, problem solving, judgement and decision-making abilities are necessary.</li>
<li>Proficiency in computer programs like Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows required.</li>
<li>Excellent organization, motivation, leadership, management, and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to work with sensitive and/or confidential information.</li>
<li>Knowledge and ability to apply Florida Statutes and Community documents.</li>
</ul>

Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs following appropriate safety procedures.</li>
<li>Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and occasionally climb.</li>
<li>Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Ability to work in different environmental working conditions (wind, heat, cold, rain, etc.).</li>
</ul>

Supervisory Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Oversee property staff</li>
<li>Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00a– 5:00p</li>
</ul>
