Position Overview:
We are seeking a Property &amp; Casualty Account Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in developing our P&amp;C capabilities. This person will support brokers, manage client relationships, coordinate quoting and policy servicing, and help shape internal processes as we grow.
The ideal candidate brings technical expertise in commercial lines with the agility, initiative, and collaborative mindset necessary for a startup-style environment. You’ll be a critical part of building our P&amp;C division from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Insurance portal and manual quote and service both new and renewal P&amp;C business</li>
<li>Manage client relationships with responsiveness and care</li>
<li>Work closely with producers to strategize renewals, placements, and growth opportunities</li>
<li>Oversee billing and invoicing processes; troubleshoot discrepancies with clients and carriers</li>
<li>Enter and maintain accurate policy data in EZLynx (Applied) and agency management systems</li>
<li>Coordinate claims between clients and carriers and third party relationships</li>
<li>Help design and refine internal workflows and client servicing protocols</li>
<li>Monitor industry trends, carrier appetite, and underwriting updates</li>
<li>Identify cross-sell opportunities between health and benefits and property/casualty</li>
<li>Serve as the go-to operational expert for P&amp;C-related matters</li>

What We're Looking For:

<li>5+ years of experience in property &amp; casualty account management (commercial lines)</li>
<li>Hands-on proficiency with EZLynx or comparable AMS</li>
<li>Solid understanding of billing, audits, certificates, and endorsements</li>

· Operation of fan systems, maintenance of temperature controls and disassembly and reassembly of equipment associated with the HVAC trade is also required

· Follow manufacturers’ guidelines and recommendations for preventative maintenance of all related equipment
· Monitor and inspect Chiller Plant and HVAC equipment on a routine basis
· Record utility meter readings
· Make emergency repairs to plumbing, kitchen, and other building equipment
· Install new equipment and make modification to existing equipment

Key Responsibilities
Healthcare Analytics Platform Management
<ul>
<li>Oversee day-to-day operations of internal and external healthcare analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, custom dashboards, payer portals).</li>
<li>Manage platform governance: access roles, naming conventions, version control, release notes, and documentation standards.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors for all analytics tools.</li>
</ul>
Data Governance &amp; Quality Assurance
<ul>
<li>Implement data validation processes to ensure accuracy in reports, dashboards, and healthcare quality metrics.</li>
<li>Cross-check data from EMR systems, payer claims, and utilization files for completeness.</li>
<li>Track, document, and resolve data defects with root-cause analysis and prevention steps.</li>
</ul>
Training &amp; Adoption
<ul>
<li>Create training materials, user guides, job aids, and video walkthroughs for healthcare providers and staff.</li>
<li>Conduct live and virtual training sessions to drive adoption of analytics platforms and reporting tools.</li>
<li>Promote best practices for data-driven decision-making in healthcare settings.</li>
</ul>
Project &amp; Product Management
<ul>
<li>Manage intake of analytics requests; translate into clear requirements, user stories, and project timelines.</li>
<li>Coordinate dependencies with analysts, engineers, and department leads.</li>
<li>Maintain meeting readiness with agendas, pre-reads, and documented action items.</li>
</ul>
Documentation &amp; Knowledge Base
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update data dictionaries, metric definitions, SOPs, and healthcare analytics knowledge bases.</li>
<li>Ensure documentation is searchable, accurate, and updated within 3 business days of changes.</li>
</ul>
Stakeholder Service &amp; Escalations
<ul>
<li>Act as the primary escalation point for platform and reporting issues.</li>
<li>Track stakeholder satisfaction and incorporate feedback into improvements.</li>
</ul>
Compliance &amp; Privacy
<ul>
<li>Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality across all analytics workflows.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
Required
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Health Informatics, Information Systems, Business, or related field.</li>
<li>4+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, data operations, or healthcare project management.</li>
<li>Proven experience in platform stewardship and cross-functional collaboration.</li>
</ul>
Preferred
<ul>
<li>Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Computer/Data Science, Public Health, or Business.</li>
<li>Supervisory or mentoring experience.</li>
<li>Product management background.</li>
</ul>
Technical Skills
<ul>
<li>Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.</li>
<li>SQL familiarity.</li>
<li>Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills.</li>
<li>Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project tracking tools.</li>
</ul>
