The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and customer service support to the management office. This role is responsible for handling incoming calls, assisting walk-in clients, processing tenant evaluations, managing access systems, and maintaining accurate records related to work orders, violations, and ARB applications. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication and multitasking skills. 
 Key Responsibilities:

<li>Greet and assist walk-ins regarding access items such as clickers, stickers, fobs, and keys. </li>
<li>Provide general information and assistance to residents, vendors, and visitors. </li>
<li>Maintain organized records of tenant evaluations, work orders, violations, and ARB (Architectural Review Board) submissions. </li>
<li>Prepare and process correspondence, notices, and reports as needed. </li>
<li>Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and inspections. </li>
<li>Program and maintain gate access systems and databases. </li>
<li>Issue and track access devices (fobs, stickers, clickers, etc.) for residents and vendors. </li>
<li>Receive, log, and assign work orders to appropriate personnel or vendors. </li>
<li>Follow up on pending work orders to ensure timely completion. </li>
<li>Assist in monitoring and processing community violations and related communications. </li>
<li>Support ARB submissions by receiving applications, verifying completeness, and updating status logs. </li>

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Disinfects all high touch areas in the kitchen (i.e., doors and handles, tea machines, warmer handles, walk-in handles, etc.) with a disposable towel and spray disinfectant.</li>
<li>Maintains hand sanitizers in all designated areas of the restaurant in accordance with established procedures and/or directives from management.</li>
<li>Conducts bathroom inspections, cleans, sanitizes and disinfects surfaces</li>
<li>Performs minor repairs.</li>
<li>As requested by management, performs other work activities to support the safe and efficient operation of the restaurant</li>
