Responsibilities
The Retail Sales Associate (RSA) is the ultimate guide through the guests’ shopping experience. Hard Rock merchandise is a unique part of our business, which requires a special person to create the experience. As an RSA, you will be assuming the role of tour guide, communicator, entertainer, memorabilia curator and musician (at heart).

Responsibilities
Position: Operations Manager - Parking 
Salary: $50,000.00

What you’ll do 
<ul>
<li>Deliver on our Promise by ensuring every moment matters for our clients by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently and communicating proactively with clients on how to improve our operations.</li>
<li>Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team of Promise-driven employees. Identify proper staffing levels to complete duties, deliver a superior customer experience, and perform daily job functions. </li>
<li>Ensure that proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.</li>
<li>Maximize profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, cash control procedures, expense reviews, and managing the operation's budget. </li>
<li>Identify all procurement and vendor service needs of the location.</li>
<li>Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash. </li>
<li>Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards. </li>
<li>Monitor and review all damage claims. Recommend and implement plans or programs to improve the safety of operations to prevent the occurrence or reoccurrence of similar claims.</li>
<li>Implement all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all OSHA laws.</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
What you need 
<ul>
<li>Demonstrates ability to lead, manage and motivate a diverse group of team members.</li>
<li>Passionate about going above and beyond to deliver the best possible customer experience and client satisfaction by finding unique ways to solve problems.</li>
<li>Prior experience developing budgets and P&amp;L (Profit and Loss) review a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to react and problem-solve quickly. </li>
<li>Experience using various computer applications/systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to learn internal computer programs. </li>
</ul>
License Requirement: Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.

Overview
In their role, the Director of Nursing (DON) is accountable for developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures that align with best practices and meet regulatory requirements. They work closely with the Medical Director to promote high standards of care and support the professional development of nursing staff to provide quality care to patients. 
 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Oversees daily operations and manages budgets, policies, and procedures to align with facility goals and objectives. </li>
<li>Organizes service delivery, manage resources, and collaborate with other departments, facilities, persons served, families, and visitors. </li>
<li>Leads quality improvement activities, provides direct supervision, and serves as a resource and consultant to nursing staff. </li>
<li>Monitors safety issues, evaluate service delivery and staff growth, and adhere to the organization's Code of Conduct. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrates knowledge of risk management, clinical precautions, infection control, fall prevention, utilization of special procedures, environmental checks, fire disaster procedures, and alternatives to use with regards to seclusion/restraint methods. </li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
Education

<li>Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing</li>
</ul>
Experience
<ul>
<li>2 years of supervisory experience in an acute setting recommended</li>
<li>Emergency Room, Communicable Disease, with Medical and Surgical experience preferred</li>
</ul>
Licenses/Certifications
<ul>
<li>Have and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment.</li>
<li>Obtain and maintain CPR certification</li>
