Required Qualifications:

<li>Proficiency in structural engineering software, including CSiBridge, and STAAD.Pro for 3D modeling and analysis; OpenBridge Designer and MDX Software for steel, and prestressed concrete girder design; and OpenBridge Designer, FB-MultiPier, and LPILE for substructure design. Proficient in Mathcad and Excel for hand calculations, and verification. Experienced in MicroStation and OpenBridge Modeler for CAD production and plan preparation.</li>
<li>Proven leadership, communication, mentoring, and client liaison skills.</li>
<li>Demonstrated capabilities and success in managing medium to large-disciplined projects, multi-office projects, and/or multiple projects.</li>
<li>Experience preparing technical approaches, work plans (write ups) to support RFQ, and technical proposals.</li>

<li>Operating room turnovers and terminal cleaning</li>
<li>Surgical positioning of the patient under the direction of the OR team</li>
<li>Preparing and assisting with patient transport</li>
<li>Acquiring needed surgical equipment prior to the beginning of cases, as per each surgeon and case preference</li>
<li>Assisting with the setup of equipment in the operating room suite</li>
<li>Assisting the anesthesia provider in patient procedures</li>
<li>Moving and transferring of patients</li>
<li>Communicates effectively with all levels of clinical staff (surgeon, anesthesia, nursing staff, and ancillary staff)</li>

Physical Requirements
This job can be physically demanding at times requiring stooping, sitting, standing, and walking for long periods of time.&nbsp; The team member will need to frequently assist lifting patients and heavy equipment. Must be able to work in a stressful environment, work independently, making sound decisions, detail oriented, alert, and self-motivated.
