Overview
This position reports directly to the Repair Manager and is primarily responsible for approving and returning units back to Regional One. The Repair by the Hour (RBTH) and Repairs Coordinator updates the sales team and other departments on the status of repair orders and acts as a liaison between Regional One, Inc. and designated approved repair sites. He or she coordinates the repairs management process of all parts and materials received and shipped. This position is also responsible for monitoring core returns through the repair process and coordinating any applicable core billings with the Repairs and Sales team
Specific Accountabilities

<li>Create repair orders (RO), as requested by sales account executives. </li>
<li>Follow-up with repair shops on the status of orders.</li>
<li>Approve repair orders and returning parts.</li>
<li>Review high dollar repair quotes with Product Line Managers (PLM) &amp; Director of Repairs.</li>
<li>Enter, review, and approve quotes received from shops related to Sales Orders (SO), Beyond Economic Repair (BER) cores, and Repair by the Hour (RBTH) units.</li>
<li>Track RBTH and Core parts out on repair.</li>
<li>Source piece parts in stock and on the market to reduce repair costs.</li>
<li>Monitor core returns through the repair process, coordinate any applicable core billings with repairs and sales team.</li>
<li>Invoice repair-related charges.</li>
<li>Consult repair vendors for best pricing and turnaround time.</li>
<li>Monitor and action repair team email inbox.</li>
<li>Assist quality assurance with discrepancies from repair shops.</li>
<li>Assist with supply stock level efficiencies. </li>
<li>Coordinates drop ships from repair shops.</li>
<li>Support sales team.</li>

Job Description 
The Wine Store Sales Associate assists guests with all steps of their shopping experience including: guiding them to products, securing products out of reach, loading heavy items and making&nbsp;suggestions. Reports to the Beverage Managers.
<ul>
<li>Provides prompt, efficient and friendly guest&nbsp;service</li>
<li>Educates guests about Italian Wines, beer and beverages sold at Eataly</li>
<li>Receives and stocks wine and wine store merchandise, may review invoices</li>
<li>Rotates, faces and replenishes merchandise</li>
<li>Executes La Scuola Sip &amp; Savor wine classes under the direction of the Beverage Director</li>
<li>Sets up for each class including rolling silverware, setting places and&nbsp;gathering materials</li>
<li>Checks in guests and introduces classes</li>
<li>Opens&nbsp;wine&nbsp;and&nbsp;pours&nbsp;for guests</li>
<li>Describes&nbsp;flavor profile, pairing detail and winery information</li>
<li>Breaks down after each class</li>
<li>Performs other duties as required or assigned</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li>
<li>Wine sale experience</li>
<li>Italian wine knowledge&nbsp;preferred</li>
</ul>
Job Requirements
<ul>
<li>Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally; exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently; exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects</li>
<li>Ability to exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 4 hours&nbsp;</li>
<li>Flexible availability, including weekends, preferred</li>
