Tuesday- Saturday Schedule

Advanced Recovery Systems is an integrated behavioral healthcare management company dedicated to the treatment of addiction, substance abuse, and mental health issues. The Assistant Clinical Director is responsible for providing 24-hour management of all clinical functions of the facility, in conjunction with the Clinical Director. Together with the Clinical Director, the Assistant CD is responsible for providing effective leadership to the clinical staff, has knowledge of the organization, provides marketing support for the facility, and directs all activities within the facility in accordance with standards of State and Federal regulations.

CORE JOB DUTIES:
Works effectively with the facility leadership team to ensure success of the facility by completing the following:

<li>Assists Clinical Director in developing effective clinical programming and ensures staff compliance to the curriculum.</li>
<li>Assists Clinical Director with proficiently auditing documentation to ensure compliance to company policy, state regulations, Joint Commission standards, ASAM standards, and Medical Needs Criteria. This Includes: a. Biopsychosocial Assessment (72 hours) b. Comprehensive Problem List c. Integrated Master Treatment Plan and Updates (24 – 72 hours based on payor) d. ASAMs (24 hours, based on state standards) e. Individual, family and group therapy session notes (24 hours) f. Discharge Summary (72 hours) </li>
<li>Uses substance abuse and co-occurring therapeutic interventions and de-escalation techniques to assist patients with accomplishing all treatment plans goals and objectives and successfully complete treatment. </li>
<li>Provide and monitors group therapy sessions to ensure quality programming is delivered and to ensure compliance to the program curriculum.</li>
<li>Assesses patient for substance use disorders, risk to self or others and co-occurring mental health disorders. </li>
<li>Effectively manage a 50% caseload. </li>
<li>Provide coaching and mentoring to clinicians. </li>
<li>Review and sign off on documentation as directed by Clinical Director.</li>
<li>Works closely with the Clinical Director to ensure all clinical staff are meeting 92% compliance on facility metrics. Provides at least twice monthly feedback/coaching sessions with staff to improve lagging metrics.</li>
<li>Monitors staff’s performance, providing coaching and discipline as needed to ensure peakperformance. </li>
<li>Identifies areas for improvement within the department by analyzing data and developing, implementing, and documenting plans for improvement and outcomes. </li>
<li>Provides Clinical Supervision to clinicians who are not independently licensed/certified.</li>
<li>Provides trainings to Clinical department and other department as required by Clinical Director.</li>

Requirements

Credentials:

· Pull out cable lines and other equipment used in installing cable wires
· Drive truck to/from job locations (with the proper licensing requirements)
· Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) while working including but not limited to hard hat, reflective vest, and safety goggles

· Regularly lift and/or move up to 100lbs
· Ability to work in remote or congested traffic areas
· Willingness to work outdoors in every type of weather

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· Experience in operating various hand tools

The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) is responsible for the observation and monitoring of patients in treatment and reporting duties as indicated and contributes to the welfare of the organization and assists patients in a variety of patient activities. Assists in maintaining a safe and secure environment. Works effectively with the facility leadership team to ensure success of the facility by completing the following core job duties:

Required Qualifications

<li>Alternatively, successful completion of the ARS training through the BHT I required.</li>
<li>Good driving record that meets safety and company insurance standards required</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a Level 2 Background Check</li>
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications

<li>Experience working with adult patients (18+) preferred.</li>
<li>Prior experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or human services in roles with emphasis involving direct customer or client service experience, strongly preferred.</li>
