<li>Collaborate with revenue management and/or ownership to optimize rates, occupancy, and RevPAR.</li>

<li>Identify local sales and partnership opportunities (corporate accounts, events, local businesses) to drive room nights.</li>
<li>Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to increase visibility and demand.</li>

Financial Management

<li>Manage the hotel’s P&amp;L, controlling expenses and maximizing profitability.</li>
<li>Prepare and review forecasts, budgets, and financial reports with ownership/leadership.</li>
<li>Monitor labor, inventory, and operating supplies to ensure cost-effective operations.</li>
<li>Implement systems and controls to prevent loss, waste, and inefficiency.</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>2–5+ years of progressive hotel experience (Front Office Supervisor, Assistant GM, Operations Manager, or similar).</li>
<li>Previous limited-service hotel experience strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Prior leadership or supervisory experience required; experience managing a team is a plus.</li>
<li>Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), revenue tools, and basic hotel reporting.</li>
<li>Strong comfort level working in an older property and being part of its improvement and turnaround.</li>

Job Description 
The Facilities Technician serves as the point of contact for the assigned shifts and takes the necessary actions to ensure that all facilities are in proper working order. The Facilities Technician is also knowledgeable about housekeeping and dishwashing procedures. Reports to the Facilities Manager.
<ul>
<li>Participates in and helps oversee facilities support duties, ensuring all equipment, walk-ins, refrigerator units, HVAC, plumbing, storage areas and other facilities are functioning properly and efficiently</li>
<li>Guarantees exceptionally clean and sanitary conditions in accordance with state and federal regulations</li>
<li>Provides a recap of the shift to the Facilities Manager and the Food Safety Manager</li>
<li>Inspects each team member’s assigned station and provides feedback</li>
<li>Performs other duties as required or assigned</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>2+ years of facilities and housekeeping experience</li>
<li>Basic computer skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in Spanish language preferred</li>
</ul>

<li>Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds</li>

Job Description 
The Restaurant Manager assists the Restaurant Assistant General Manager (AGM) in the day-to-day operations of Eataly’s full-service restaurants. Reports to the Restaurant AGM and oversees front-of-house restaurant staff including servers, bartenders, food runners, hosts, bussers and barbacks.
<ul>
<li>Supports the Restaurant AGM with hiring, assigning, training, evaluating and terminating employees</li>
<li>Documents, investigates, escalates and resolves all employee and guests incidents</li>
<li>Ensures exceptional service standards are consistently met and that activities are carried out effectively</li>
<li>Inspects dining room and storage areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations</li>
<li>Estimates front-of-house food and beverage needs, and supervises intake orders to ensure specifications</li>
<li>Reviews financial information such as sales, inventory and costs to monitor budget</li>
<li>Meets with dining room and bar personnel to plan restaurant activities, special events, share information, etc.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as required or assigned</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experiencing leading or managing a front-of-house restaurant team</li>
<li>Understanding of steps of service</li>
<li>Outstanding communication, leadership and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in Restaurant Management or Hospitality preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of Italian cuisine and beverage highly preferred</li>
</ul>
Job Requirements
