JOB SUMMARY 
The Project and Mechanical design position will lead and support development and implementation of combustor system upgrades. This position works with a variety of internal and external teams to drive engineering and technical project management activities relating to gas turbine combustion modifications, and upgrades. Candidate will be part of a multi-disciplinary design team working on Industrial Gas Turbine (IGT) combustion components and systems to meet performance and design criteria such as combustion stability, operability, emissions, pressure drop, life, and cost across multiple engine frames.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to, the following:

<li>Lead combustion system development projects, interfacing with other teams in the organization including Supply Chain, Gas Turbine (GT) Conversions, and Field Services.</li>
<li>Generate schedules, identify critical path activities, and align resources to ensure on time delivery of designs, manufactured parts, procurement of components and contractors, and on-site execution.</li>
<li>Setup and coordinate design and risk reviews per engineering design procedures, highlighting top project risks, assisting in the development of mitigation strategies and addressing all action items.</li>
<li>Support sales and tendering with project cost estimates and provide direction for site walkdown support during the bid phase. </li>
<li>Report project status and milestones to upper management.</li>
<li>Refine existing engineering procedures or develop new ones for continuous efficiency &amp; quality improvement as well as lower execution cost.</li>
<li>Design Industrial Gas Turbine Engine components and systems to meet fit, form and functional requirements and design criteria</li>
<li>Support the continued development and oversee the adherence to PSM design systems including job folders and documentation, technical reviews, drawings and engineering changes and field validation plans and verification</li>
<li>Utilize appropriate design/analysis tools, such as Creo, ANSYS, Microsoft Excel or similar</li>

<li>Arrange law office activity such as drafting subpoenas and coordinating with process servers</li>
<li>Hold client interviews to gather information about their legal problems</li>

<li>Manage real estate and probate files from intake to closing, ensuring all deadlines are met.</li>
<li>Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, deeds, contracts, and probate pleadings.</li>
<li>Conduct legal research on real estate and probate laws and procedures, ensuring compliance with Florida law.</li>
<li>Coordinate real estate transactions, including managing due diligence, reviewing titles and surveys, and preparing closing documents.</li>
<li>Assist in trust and estate administration, including gathering and organizing asset and liability information.</li>
<li>Handle e-filing and document recording processes with Florida courts.&nbsp;</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>3+ years of legal service experience under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills, and time-management skills</li>
<li>Candidates must have completed an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate’s degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor’s degree preferred</li>
<li>Talented communicator and writer</li>
<li>Completion of a nationally-accredited paralegal program strongly preferred</li>

<li>Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in Florida real estate and probate law.</li>
<li>Paralegal certification and/or a Bachelor's degree are preferred.</li>
