Job DescriptionWhite Elephant Palm Beach is hiring for the full-time, seasonal position of Turndown Attendant to provide turndown service and clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness.
 
*Must be available to work nights, weekends &amp; holidays.
Responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Remove all dirty Terries and replace with clean par to designated layout.</li>
<li>Replace soiled bed sheets and turndown bed</li>
<li>Place specified items in designated locations (turndown amenity/cards, bathrobe with card, TV remove control)</li>
<li>Refresh ice bucket, tray and glasses</li>
<li>Deliver excellent customer service</li>
<li>Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms</li>
<li>Report on any shortages, damages or security issues</li>
<li>Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required</li>
<li>Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws</li>
</ul>
