Responsible for the Technical Support of all computers, servers, WAN, LAN, Printers, registers, fax machines, credit card machines, POS systems, and software. Ensure that in case of a disaster such as a plant fire or flood, division information stored in the systems will be not be lost. Conducts periodic audits on-site and off-site to ensure this disaster recovery program is effective. Knowledge of communications hardware/software techniques. Considerable skill in the application of hardware, software, and other telecommunications techniques relevant to business communication problems is required. Complementing this should be working skill in assisting users to identify and express their communications system needs, as well as working skill in project management and supervision. Able to function in a workgroup, team-oriented environment; Able to lift up to 50 lbs. (computer hardware), multi-task; Must have a valid Florida License and proper insurance that would allow them to travel from location to location while using their personal vehicle.
