What You’ll Do Day to Day 
<ul>
<li>
Lead technical and process improvement projects within Talent Acquisition. 
</li>
<li>
Develop and implement productivity tools, dashboards, and standardized documentation. 
</li>
<li>
Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets for recruiting initiatives. 
</li>
<li>
Track hiring progress and performance metrics using Workday Recruiting, Excel, Power BI, and TA dashboards. 
</li>
<li>
Facilitate regular PMO cadence meetings, reporting, and executive-level updates. 
</li>
<li>
Coordinate efforts across TA, HR, business stakeholders, analytics teams, and RPO partners to remove roadblocks and maintain momentum. 
</li>
<li>
Ensure alignment between recruiting strategy, operational execution, and business priorities. 
</li>
</ul>
 
Required Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>
3+ years of proven project management experience within Talent Acquisition or HR programs, including stakeholder management, communications, planning, tracking, reporting, analytics, and budget control. 
</li>
<li>
Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting or another ATS, including pulling and analyzing recruiting reports. 
</li>
<li>
Advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of Power BI or similar analytics tools for TA metrics. 
</li>
<li>
Experience coordinating with RPO partners, vendors, and cross-functional HR teams. 
</li>
<li>
Bachelor’s degree. 
</li>
</ul>
 
Preferred Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>
Familiarity with PMO recruiting methodologies, including role tagging, cadence management, and dashboard reporting. 
</li>
<li>
Experience with A3, Daily Management, or other Lean process improvement practices. 
</li>
</ul>
