Summary:
 Responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and directing all field activities to assure the project is successfully completed on schedule and within budget. The Superintendent supervises crews and equipment, coordinates installation of all trades work, administers good construction safety practices on all on-site activities, and ensures project schedule is met. The Superintendent also maintains the job site office and proactively assists the (Senior) Project Manager with project close-out.
Duties &amp; Responsibilities:

<li>Examine/inspect field conditions and identify problems, inaccuracies, and cost saving measures. Take corrective actions as needed.</li>
<li>Inspect work for compliance with the contract plans and specifications, identify deficiencies and explain and take corrective action as needed.</li>
<li>Comply, understand, and support company safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment. Identify job site safety hazards and take all necessary corrective actions to eliminate or minimize them.</li>

What you will do:

<li>Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, Foreman, or similar field management role, specifically within commercial construction, paving, or hardscape. </li>
<li>Extensive experience with Procore management software is essential. You must be able to navigate the platform with ease, especially its daily reporting functions. </li>
<li>Deep proficiency in reading and interpreting commercial construction blueprints, site plans, and specifications. </li>
<li>Strong understanding of project sequencing, site logistics, and paver/hardscape installation methods. </li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate multiple crews across various locations. </li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li>
<li>A valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with the ability to travel extensively throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. </li>
</ul>
Preferred: 
<ul>
<li>Procore Certification (e.g., Superintendent, Project Manager) is a significant plus. </li>
<li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly desirable for the South Florida market. </li>
<li>OSHA 30 certification. </li>
<li>A degree in Construction Management or a related field is an asset but not required. </li>
