Job Description

International Health and Medical Services is looking for an experienced Behavioral Health Specialists to assess, diagnose, and treat mental health disorders among patients, ensuring they receive appropriate psychiatric care and support. This role includes collaborating with the healthcare team to implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and provide crisis intervention as needed, fostering mental health and well-being within the facility.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Provides direct psychiatric care to patients via onsite and telepsychiatry services for scheduled appointments, emergency, or urgent care visit.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Consults with the Psychiatrist and/or Clinical Director for complex psychiatric patients and as required by client policy.&nbsp;</li>

Qualifications 
Basic Requirements/Certifications:&nbsp;&nbsp;

<li>Preferred 3-5 years of full-time experience in direct patient care.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

Shifts: Full time and part time: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Servant Leadership directs all aspects of decision making</li>
<li>Serve as the “Charge Nurse” in the absence of the Executive Director and Director of Health &amp; Wellness</li>
<li>Contributes to all aspects of medication management, including but not limited to; orders, administration, storage, documentation and as mandated by the State Regulations and Guidelines as well as Company policy and procedure</li>
<li>Assures resident rooms and common areas are always clean and safe</li>
<li>Assure that all care partners and medication assistants are familiar with the residents’ individual conditions and are trained to provide the resident services in an effective, professional, and sensitive manner</li>
<li>Assist the residents with their self-medication or administration of medications</li>
<li>Responsible for limited nursing license daily recommendations and documentation (if applicable)</li>
<li>Implements plans of care recommended by the Resident Wellness Director</li>
<li>Implements change in condition plans</li>
<li>Provides accurate and timely documentation of all care provided to residents</li>
<li>Complete resident charting in the electronic health record and assists in completion of assessments as scheduled or with change in condition</li>
<li>Completes accident and incident reports as required</li>
<li>Maintains positive relationships with residents, family members and responsible parties</li>
<li>Be prepared for and manage emergency situations including disasters, fire, and other emergencies</li>
<li>Ensures adequate and appropriately trained care partners and medication assistants are available for each shift as scheduled, within company and state guidelines</li>

Requirements

<li>Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license(LVN/LPN preferred)</li>
<li>Two (2) years’ experience in a senior living environment preferred</li>
<li>Basic First Aid and CPR certification</li>
<li>Must successfully complete all company specified training programs</li>
<li>Effective communication skills commensurate with professional standards.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively with wellness team members, leadership team, residents, family members, vendor partners, referral sources and outside contacts</li>

Job Description 
As a General Roadway Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, servicing, repairs of roads, and other infrastructure assets. This individual will also be responsible for maintaining contracted assets (such as roadways, medians, signs, guardrails, fences, bridges, tunnels, vegetation, etc.) per standards in the contract and as directed by the supervisor. Position open to entry-level to skilled technicians with equipment operation experience.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

<li>Creates safe Maintenance of Traffic; control by setup and removal of traffic control devices including cones, message/arrow boards, temporary signage, etc.</li>
<li>Maintain and repair highway and other surfaces including potholes, striping, adding, or replacing reflectors, delineators, working with concrete and asphalt.</li>

<li>Controls vegetation appearance and growth through use of lawn mowing equipment, hand or power trimmers, and chemical sprayers and other methods.</li>
<li>Must be comfortable working from heights in bucket trucks, scaffolding, ladders, and aerial platforms lifts.</li>
<li>Carry out all duties in line with Company policies and procedures as amended from time to time.</li>
<li>Transport crew and equipment to work sites operating vehicle pickup trucks and specialized motor vehicles and trailers.</li>
<li>Responsible for the proper management, preventative maintenance, and repair of trucks and equipment.</li>
<li>Promote a strong customer service culture with the project team members.</li>
<li>Perform all other duties, as assigned.</li>

Qualifications 
Education:

<li>An associate degree or higher industry experience is preferred.</li>
