Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and plays a key role in creating a positive spa experience.
 
Compensation
 $15–$16 per hour, based on experience
 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Greet clients and provide a welcoming, professional experience</li>
<li>Schedule appointments and manage the booking system</li>
<li>Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist clients with questions</li>
<li>Process payments, handle POS transactions, and manage client check-in/out</li>
<li>Promote spa services, memberships, and retail products</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, calm, and organized front desk and lobby area</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and scheduling software</li>
<li>Professional appearance and positive attitude</li>
<li>Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented</li>
