· Knowledgeable of club facilities and services to answer guest inquiries.
· Identify and report defects throughout the pool area, notify supervisors and concerned departments immediately of hazards, injuries, equipment or processes that negatively affect the operations.
· Ensure the pool deck is swept and watered down and that all furniture is in the correct place most of the time.
· Knowledge of safety hazards and necessary safety precautions sufficient to be able to establish a safe work environment for self and others.
· Work closely with other departments that are essential to ensuring a positive Member experience.
· Properly utilize performance feedback, recognition, training, and adherence to company policies, legal requirements.
· Wash, dry and fold pool towels as needed.
· Assist in Locker Room Facilities .
· Replenish shower and vanity items as needed, ensuring nothing goes beyond less than half full
· Assist with monthly product inventory.
· Report any maintenance issues or repairs to supervisor and necessary department, ensure timely follow up.
· During said lap swimming times ensure lap lanes are installed and retracted as per hours listed.
· Ensure facilities are kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
· Assist in other areas/departments as and when needed.

An SP+ Cashier will create an efficient, stress-free, and enjoyable experience for each customer. This includes receiving payment from customers for parking services and facilitating the flow of traffic through the facility by performing the following duties:

We are seeking a Construction Accountant who will be responsible for processing financial documents and transactions related to contracts, change orders, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner. The Construction Accountant will be responsible for managing the accounts of various construction projects by creating detailed budgets, overseeing general contractors and vendor contracts, evaluating job costs, and verifying invoice statements.
Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Ensure adherence to departmental policies and procedures and cost and accounting standards while performing day-to-day activities and functions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Teams to complete tasks promptly.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the Project Managers to develop a detailed budget for the project.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Performing accounting duties throughout the project, such as preparing invoices, estimating cash flow, and ensuring vendors are paid on time.</li>
<li>Interact and communicate with general contractors (GC) and vendors to ensure compliance with contractual terms and requirements.</li>
<li>Perform vendor account reconciliations.</li>
<li>Assist with monthly closing.</li>
<li>Perform ad-hoc projects as required.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.</li>
<li>Familiarity with the monthly construction draw process, AIA preparation, and construction change orders.</li>
<li>Comprehensive understanding of G702/703 progress billings and change orders.</li>
<li>A comprehensive understanding of construction billing, including retainage, lien waivers, and insurance.</li>
<li>Effective organizational and time management skills.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively and productively with other employees.</li>
