What you bring:

<li>Registered Professional Surveyor and Mapper in the State of Florida</li>

Role Summary:
This is an In Office Position
The Senior Survey Project Manager will also serve as the Fort Myers office Survey Department Manager and is responsible for the direction of subordinate survey personnel in performing office and field survey functions including, but not limited to: boundary and right-of-way surveys, topographic data acquisition, recovery and establishment of County geodetic control points, construction layouts and measurements of engineering related structures. The Senior Survey Project Manager demonstrates, either from past experience or from experience on the job at RWA, Inc., increasing expertise in utilizing field equipment, electronic products and other software, strong organizational skills, a willingness to learn new duties, and the ability to work well with and coordinate work with other staff members in order to provide optimal service to our clients.
 
What youll do:
General Functions
<ul>
<li> Performs a broad variety of skills, including but not limited to technical survey assignments of a responsible nature. Supervises assigned field crews and technicians. </li>

<li>Increase the flow of new work by: finding expanded/new work opportunities with existing clients; finding opportunities to serve new clients; preparing winning proposals and reviewing proposals with other survey managers; supporting business development efforts by providing fee estimates and scope of work for other department managers; and execute contracts and change orders.</li>
<li>Ensure the preparation of accurate, complete, and value-added work products by: monitoring budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, weekly reports; identifying and implementing ideas that save client time and money or that effectively solve potential problems/opportunities; reviewing interim work products/submittals and providing needed feedback, accuracy, completeness, and value; mentoring firm field team members; asking the client to identify products/services that provide the greatest value; perform quality control review of firm design plans for completeness for construction staking; and make regular site visits to monitor projects and clients needs.</li>
<li>Ensure timely document delivery by: monitoring/adjusting schedules; communicating with client and project team members assigning/managing the needed resources; and completing assigned tasks on or ahead of schedule.</li>
<li>Deliver profitable projects by: preparing and maintaining Project Workplans, monitoring and acting quickly on budget deviations (hours/$) and extra service opportunities; continuous open communication among client, subconsultants and firm team members; appropriate use of available technology; and managing subconsultants.</li>
<li>Ensure the accurate and complete preparation of and sign: Final Maps; Records of Survey; Subdivision Plats; and other legal documents.</li>
<li>Competent knowledge of/and able to perform the following: analyze survey control GPS and conventional; preparation of ALTA surveys; ensure the accurate and complete preparation of, and sign: ALTA Surveys, Maps, Plats, and Legal Descriptions.</li>

POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direct supervision of the Executive/Wellness/Program Director, the Personal Trainer prescribes, develops, and assists clients with personalized fitness programs.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

<li>Design and implement safe, effective, and enjoyable fitness programs that meet the unique needs and wants of each member. Keep accurate records of members' progress. Monitor proper executions, form and technique when demonstrating exercises</li>
<li>All personal trainers will have their clients sign the "YMCA Personal training Contract" prior to starting training with client</li>
<li>Plan and instruct individuals, small groups, or classes with personalized approach following YMCA standards and guidelines.</li>
<li>Contact clients on a regular basis to follow-up on progression of their fitness program.</li>
<li>All personal trainers will enter their availability into Appointment king at a minimum of one week in advance and schedule in their own clients in accordingly.</li>
<li>Arrive promptly for their clients, act professionally and dress according to the requirements: uniform shirt, neat shorts or warm-up pants, sneakers and YMCA name tag.</li>
<li>If unable to make an appointment with a referral, contact client directly</li>
<li>Discuss and promote all other YMCA programs</li>
<li>Motivate members to commit to long term participation</li>
<li>Respond to and report accidents and/or incidents to supervisor immediately.</li>

SUMMARY:
The Fitness Instructor position is responsible for leading safe, effective and engaging fitness classes for participants of varying fitness levels for residents at Discovery Senior Living communities. This role promotes health and wellness through structured exercise programs while creating a positive and motivating environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Lead group exercise classes, individual exercise classes for residents at Independent Living Facilities.</li>
<li>Provide modifications for different fitness levels and abilities</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized workout space before and after classes</li>
<li>Build rapport with participants to encourage regular attendance </li>
<li>Stay current with fitness trends and certifications</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>Ability to motivate and inspire participants </li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, organizational skills</li>
<li>Previous experience as a group or individual fitness class instructor preferred.</li>
<li>CPR certification - will train</li>
<li>Previous experience working with older adults preferred.</li>
<li>Current certification in group exercise instruction or as a personal trainer through an accredited organization preferred.</li>

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays, as indicated.</li>
<li>Evaluate patients’ neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine related conditions.</li>
<li>Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculoskeletal system, where necessary.</li>
<li>Educate patients on the quality of life benefits of routine chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate case histories of patients.</li>
<li>Obtain and record patients' medical histories, as indicated.</li>
<li>Arrange for diagnostic x-rays to be taken, when medically necessary.</li>
<li>Analyze x-rays to locate the sources of patients' difficulties and to rule out fractures or diseases as sources of problems.</li>

Qualifications needed:

<li>4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college</li>

<li>Passing scores for Parts I, II, III, and IV from NCBE</li>
<li>A recent NBCE SPEC exam is an acceptable alternative for Part IV</li>
<li>Valid DC license in the applicable state</li>
<li>Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in the applicable state</li>
