PREREQUISITES
Education: Some high school or equivalent
Experience: No previous experience required&nbsp;
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS&nbsp;
Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.&nbsp;
 
Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.&nbsp;

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Work closely with the Director of Culinary Services and/or Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.</li>
<li>Maintain kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times.</li>
<li>Wash and store all dishes and equipment in accordance with policy and procedures.</li>
<li>Maintain dish room area in a neat, clean, and sanitary manner.</li>
<li>Keep kitchen floors clean (sweeps and mops) and trash emptied.</li>
<li>Check dish machine at the beginning of each shift for chemicals and refill as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain dish machine after each meal by thoroughly cleaning and maintaining sanitizing temperatures and parts per million levels.</li>
<li>Record temperature and sanitation levels into the temperature logs before each meal.</li>
<li>Adhere to cleaning schedules as assigned.</li>
<li>Assist with the transportation and storage of food and supplies.</li>
<li>Assist cooks and wait staff as requested.</li>
<li>Assist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals.</li>
<li>Attend pre-meal stand up in kitchen prior to meal service.</li>
<li>May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.</li>

About the Role:
Under direct supervision, installs, maintains, tests, and repairs systems and networks. Utilizes basic technical knowledge to support IT initiatives and provide first-level technical information systems support to 2 corporate offices and remote workforce of support staff and physicians. Resolves routine technical problems. 
Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Performs basic problem solving and assistance on various software applications and hardware systems including but not limited to Office 365, Azure, multi-function printers, Five9, Domo and our proprietary web application Telecare.</li>
<li>Provide individual instruction and/or training to users on new or updated technologies. May train employees.</li>
<li>Performs routine technical assistance and maintenance duties.</li>
<li>Maintains and updates record keeping system; may document projects and maintain user instructions.</li>
<li>Assists with tracking inventory levels of equipment and materials; performs data entry and maintenance of records such as, but not limited to, project documents, user instructions, general reports and/or systems errors.</li>
<li>Performs routine technological systems support, maintenance, and testing for proper upkeep of systems; troubleshoots and resolves general system hardware, software, and network failures and conflicts.</li>
<li>Assists with the review, evaluation and recommendation of solutions relating to hardware and software acquisitions and/or network updates.</li>
<li>Assists with research and development initiatives and in the implementation of new technologies.</li>
<li>Assists with the implementation of technology projects with moderate scope and impact.</li>
<li>Assists with the installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, workstations and/or other related equipment and devices.</li>
<li>Maintains currency of knowledge with respect to technology, equipment, applicable laws, regulations, standards and/or systems.</li>
<li>Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.</li>
<li>Required to take after-hours on-call support on a rotating basis. </li>

Education and Experience:

<li>Knowledge of a wide range of computer systems software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications including but not limited to Windows 10, MS O365, Azure AD, SharePoint, MS Office etc. </li>
<li>Ability to perform routine preventive maintenance on systems software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications.</li>
<li>Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of focus.</li>
<li>Records maintenance skills.</li>
<li>Ability to provide direction to staff to resolve technological issues.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of users in a diverse community.</li>
<li>Ability to determine computer problems and to coordinate hardware, software, and/or network solutions.</li>
<li>Ability to analyze and resolve basic computer problems.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate technical guidance and instruction to users on the use of Teelspecialists applications and systems.</li>
<li>Experience in a Healthcare IT, EMR support or similar setting preferred.</li>
