<li>Current American Red Cross CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for adult, swimmer and infant required.</li>
<li>WSI certification preferred.</li>
<li>Special consideration given to instructors with experience teaching swimmers age 6 months to 10 years and Special Needs.</li>
<li>Training in the Swimtastic curriculum will be provided.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds in weight.</li>

Uniforms: Instructors are required to wear Swimtastic uniforms which include logoed female one piece suits and male board shorts. Swimtastic Swim School will cover 50% of the cost of one uniform per calendar year per employee. Additional uniforms must be purchased by the employee from Swimtastic Swim School at or below cost. The uniform must be maintained in a clean, professional manner. If at any time a supervisor determines an employees uniform is inappropriate he/she may require the employee to purchase an additional uniform. If at any time a uniform is not being worn during assigned instructing hours a supervisor will ask you to put on your uniform. If no uniform is present you will be required to buy a new uniform or be sent home without pay.
