Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Revenue Verification Supervisor and Manager, duties include but not limited to:
Essential Job Functions:
<ul>
<li>Tasked with the responsibility of completing the daily audit/reconciliation of Slot activity. This will include producing analysis on the daily/monthly and yearly performance of each gaming machine.</li>
<li>Must be able to create detailed analytical reports of Slot hold and performance based on both actual and theoretical data.</li>
<li>Required to Identify, track and communicate conversions, installs and errors of all gaming machines to both Finance and Slot departments.</li>
<li>Must be able to identify patterns of invalid data quickly and efficiently and make accurate, precise and quick decisions regarding the adjustment of metered data throughout the audit.</li>
<li>Responsible for insuring all drop data and revenue reported through the Slot system is accurate each day, as required by the Tribal Internal Control Standards.</li>
<li>Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions.</li>
<li>Report accumulated information on periodic financial statement and statistical reports in the required format.</li>
<li>Assists supervisors in the performance of a high level review of the casino audits, jackpots, unclaimed jackpots, W2Gs, 1099s, 1042s, and Ticket Vouchers, and prepares reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement and provides daily control log to Revenue Audit Supervisor/Manager of completed audits and any significant variances necessitating investigation. </li>
<li>Assists supervisor/manager with investigations and works closely with department heads and compliance management.</li>
<li>Recommends modifications and updates to current accounting procedures that will enhance and support the daily audit procedures of casino accounting operations. </li>
<li>Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.</li>
<li>Devises and implements system for general accounting and audit preparation of worksheets to include analyzing audit spreadsheet enhancement to more effectively reflect the daily operations of the Cage, Slot, and Table Game activity for purposes of reporting casino revenue.</li>
<li>Assists Supervisor/Manager in the annual preparation and filing for W2Gs, 1099s, and 1042s.</li>
<li>Works with the uniform chart of accounts using the guidelines of the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).</li>
<li>Maintain knowledge of the STOF Gaming regulations as well as Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood internal controls, policies, and procedures.</li>
<li>Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.</li>
<li>Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication.</li>

Qualifications
Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field and two (2) years experience in an accounting and analytical role required or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Job Description
The Fitness Director is responsible for overseeing all fitness-related programming, staff, and facilities within the community. This role ensures that members have access to safe, effective, and engaging fitness opportunities that promote health and well-being. The Fitness Director will lead the development of fitness programs, manage instructors and personal trainers, teach classes, maintain equipment, and foster a welcoming and inclusive fitness environment. 
 
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Design, implement, and evaluate fitness and wellness programs tailored to community needs. </li>
<li>Hire, train, schedule, and supervise fitness staff, including instructors. Able to teach a minimum of ten (10) classes per week. </li>
<li>Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of all fitness equipment and facilities. </li>
<li>Monitor participant feedback and adjust programming to ensure satisfaction and effectiveness. </li>
<li>Develop partnerships with health professionals and organizations to enhance community wellness initiatives. </li>
<li>Manage the department budget, equipment purchases, and program marketing. </li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and emergency procedures. </li>
<li>Provide fitness assessments and consultations when necessary. </li>
<li>Promote fitness programs through community outreach. </li>
<li>Track participation and prepare monthly and annual reports on fitness program performance. </li>
