Equinox is seeking Cycling Instructors in Aventura. We have different &nbsp;categories of cycling at Equinox to meet the needs of our diverse member base. At Equinox we conduct The Equinox Cycle Pro (ECP) training program to educate experienced instructors with our method and prepare them for success.
After completion of the ECP training program, instructors will be able to:

<li>Deliver the Equinox experience to our members in each class&nbsp;</li>
<li>Adhere to the description of the class and monitor/modify the intensity for participants when necessary</li>
<li>Ensure classes begin and end on time</li>
<li>Assist Members with technical/mechanical support on the bike to maximize their experience</li>

 BODYROK and Our Trainers have earned the reputation for delivering some of the most challenging and comprehensive workouts in California, and we're excited to introduce our concept to Orlando. We combine our proprietary Hybrid Pilates Method taught on custom-built reformers and deliver one of the best 45-minute full-body workouts our clients have ever had. Our trainers are mic'd up, high-energy instructors, teaching to heart-pumping music, in beautiful studios. They're teaching some of the quickest transitions, all in an effort to deliver the most high-intensity, low-impact workouts leaving the clients energized and sore for days. Opening Date Winter 2025! Qualifications:

<li>Confidence, enthusiasm, energy, and a passion for fitness and music!</li>
<li>Excellent ability to multitask.</li>
<li>Capability and interest in learning/growing with our expanding brand.</li>
<li>Minimum 1-year experience in at least one of the following: Pilates, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HITT, Boxing/Kickboxing, Yoga or Group Fitness.</li>
<li>Ability to motivate and challenge group classes.</li>
<li>Great cueing, ability to communicate.</li>
<li>Understanding of anatomy and biomechanics.</li>
</ul>
Compensation: Base Rate $30 and then $1 Per Person (PP) after first two sign ups. Up to $46/Class for new instructors. BODYROK Corporate charges for each applicant to become certified in their custom reformer Pilates. This is a nationally recognized and respected certification. The Orlando franchise owner will be covering a large chunk of the training cost for each applicant and will only require a $200 deposit to ensure an easy process for our team members.
