RESPONSIBILITIES
The Certified Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in person to clients at their home, apartment gym or outside while encouraging them to reach their fitness goals. Responsibilities are as follows:

QUALIFICATIONS

<li>Exercise instructors are responsible for their own music and agree to use music suitable for a family setting.</li>
<li>Become familiar with class participants; learn names, their health concerns and their physical limitations.</li>

The Group Fitness Instructor will lead members, in a group environment, through a pre-arranged format of exercises designed to enhance overall fitness, strength, and endurance, while ensuring that the safety of the members is not compromised. The Group Exercise Instructor will also serve as a resource to educate members on various aspects of fitness. &nbsp;

<li>CPR Certified </li>
<li>Physical demands include but are not limited to the ability to lift light weights, bending, squatting, jumping, running, reaching, walking, hopping, spinning, and kicking.</li>
