What You'll Do
As a Patient Services Coordinator at CORA, you’ll:

<li>Greet patients warmly and build rapport through in-person and phone interactions.</li>
<li>Screen and answer incoming calls promptly; take messages, and relay information as needed.</li>
<li>Verify outpatient therapy insurance benefits (where applicable) and advise patients of financial responsibilities such as co-pays, deductibles, or co-insurance.</li>
<li>Manage incoming physician referrals and prescriptions; communicate first visit expectations to new patients.</li>
