POSITION SUMMARY
The primary purpose of the TMA is to administer prescribed medications and limited topical treatments to residents under direct supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse per state/federal regulations. Perform routine resident care duties delegated by the registered nurse or licensed practical nurse per state/federal regulation, to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of residents. Maintains all required documentation for medication and treatment administration. TMA reports any noted changes in the resident as they are noted. We're expanding our presence with a satellite office in Fort Myers, Florida, and seeking a motivated Senior Tax Manager who wants to play a key role in shaping our future.

What You'll Be Doing:

<li>Overseeing complex tax compliance and advisory engagements for corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals.</li>
<li>Conducting in-depth tax research and developing proactive strategies for clients.</li>
<li>Leading, mentoring, and developing a talented tax team.</li>
<li>Working directly alongside firm partners to support the strategic growth of the Fort Myers office.</li>
</ul>
Who You Are:
<ul>
<li>A CPA with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's in Taxation preferred).</li>
<li>Experienced in managing comprehensive tax engagements, including corporate, individual, and partnership taxation.</li>
<li>An excellent communicator with proven client relationship skills.</li>
<li>Able to commute regularly to our Fort Myers office as part of a flexible hybrid work arrangement.</li>
