Job Title: Non-QM Exception Desk Underwriter
Reports To: AVP Non-QM Credit Risk

Salary Range: $90K to $110K per year
Summary: Responsible for reviewing exception requests, gathering sufficient compensating factors, and making recommendations to Credit Leadership on exception requests. In addition, the Exception Desk Underwriter may be asked to review various loan components such as entity vesting documents, Power of Attorneys and Trusts. Finally, the Exception Desk Underwriter may help to resolve post-closing underwriting related issues. 
Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Review Exception Requests and ensure sufficient compensating factors are identified for exception consideration, ensuring the Exception Request form is accurately completed, and approving exception requests within authority and/or escalating for leadership review</li>
<li>Working with sales and operations partners on viability of exception requests and providing guidance on how to best structure a loan to obtain an exception.</li>
<li>Reviewing entity documents to ensure all documents are present and executed property to comply with guidelines.</li>
<li>Review Power Of Attorney requests to ensure compliance with guidelines.</li>
<li>Review Trust Documentation to ensure compliance with guidelines.</li>
<li>Provide rebuttals to investor conditions. Assist in obtaining necessary documents from TPOs as needed to satisfy investor requirement.</li>
<li>Respond to audits and post-closing issues in a timely manner</li>
<li>Maintain working knowledge of Non-QM/TPO guidelines and policies.</li>
<li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li>

The home health nurse will be responsible for providing high quality and coordinated care to patients in their homes and communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home health care, an understanding of state and federal regulations, and a passion for helping patients live their best lives.

Requirements
What we expect from you:
<ul>
<li>Current LPN license in the state of Florida</li>
<li>At least 1 year of experience in home health care or a related field</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>
<li>Strong clinical skills and sound judgment</li>
<li>Familiarity with EMR systems</li>
<li>Valid FL driver's license and reliable transportation (Auto Insurance must also be presented)</li>
<li>CPR certification required (Original Card)</li>
<li>Level 2 Criminal Background Check</li>

Shift Leader
The Shift Leader supervises shifts and/or work areas in the operation of a Papa John’s restaurant to ensure high quality products and customer service are delivered to ensure restaurant profitability. Other responsibilities include the management of operations including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems. Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices.
 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including, but not limited to, dough management, accuracy and proper portioning. Performs assigned work station duties such as making quality products, follows all product preparations procedures and maintains established product holding times. Consistently contributes to achieving the Company’s product goal. Commits to meeting the needs and expectations of the restaurant’s customers, minimizes customer complaints and responds appropriately to customer needs. Follows all policies and procedures as outlined in our TM handbook including, but not limited to, image (including car topper for delivery drivers), attendance, safety and security.</li>
<li>Exemplifies and exhibits the Core Values, maintains a positive attitude, works well with others and is flexible and adaptable to change.</li>
<li>Ensures adequate shift coverage for restaurant. Provides immediate feedback and corrects problems when identified. Maintains product quality, customer service, and performance responsibilities (such as MCE readiness, food/labor costs, restaurant cleanliness, etc.) within acceptable standards, follows all policies and procedures related to shift management.</li>
<li>Contribute to profit goals by ensuring they stay within company guidelines and target goals by accurately utilizing the FOCUS System. Execute cash management duties. Assist in the management of adequate inventory levels using the company’s systems and guidelines to minimize loss.</li>
