Position Overview
As the Partnerships Coordinator, you will be an essential member of the Consumer Marketing Activations team. Reporting to the Associate Partnerships Manager, you will support the execution of strategic brand partnerships and experiential marketing campaigns for CELSIUS® and Alani Nu®. This role is highly cross-functional that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple partners, vendors, and timelines simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

<li>Coordinate and support the execution of brand partnerships and experiential marketing activations across CELSIUS® and Alani Nu®</li>
<li>Manage end-to-end activation logistics including:</li>

<li>Communication with activation agencies, staffing partners, and logistics vendors</li>
<li>Ensuring onsite activations meet brand standards</li>
<li>Overseeing post-event logistics and recapping results</li>

<li>Support shopper marketing campaigns and product launch initiatives through partnerships and activations</li>
<li>Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Logistics, Accounting, Brand Studio, and Consumer Marketing Activation teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence</li>
<li>Manage external partner relationships by maintaining strong rapport, consistent communication with key partners, transparency on collaboration efforts, and strategically leverage for large-scale, global marketing initiatives </li>
<li>Collaborate on the development of brand briefs, playbooks, quarterly reports, and partnership recaps</li>
<li>Compile and track KPIs, partnership investment, performance data, and partner reporting to optimize future activation campaigns</li>
<li>Maintain and replenish inventory of marketing assets, uniforms, and activation materials</li>
<li>Oversee timely submission, tracking, and delivery of product, uniforms, and brand assets</li>

Job DescriptionKeyStaff’s client, one of Florida's most respected multi-service law firms, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its Commercial Real Estate Practice Group at the firm's principal office in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Key Responsibilities: position is onsite/in-office in Palm Beach Gardens office Candidates must have a minimum of 6+ years of commercial real estate experience, including:
<ul>
<li>Representing sophisticated commercial real estate developers, financial institutions and landlords/tenants in connection with all aspects of residential, self-storage, warehouse, commercial, office, gas station, mixed-use, industrial and office-condominium real estate transactions.</li>
<li>Strong transactional skills, specifically including (i) acquisitions and dispositions, with a focus on the preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, (ii) construction, acquisition and mezzanine financing, (iii) commercial real estate leasing, with a focus on the preparation and negotiation of anchor and junior-anchor based shopping center lease transactions, (iv) construction and development, with a focus on the preparation and negotiation of AIA construction documents, (v) preparation and negotiation of easement agreements, declarations and association documents and (vi) survey, title and due diligence review and management.</li>
<li>Strong research and analytical skills are required.</li>
</ul>
 What you'll bring to the table:
<ul>
<li>Excellent judgment, business and legal acumen, strong interpersonal and client-management skills, and keen leadership skills.</li>
<li>Strong work ethic with an ability to handle files both independently and also in collaboration with other attorneys.</li>
<li>6+ years’ experience concentrating on commercial real estate transactions.</li>
<li>You will be licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and a member of the Florida Bar in good standing.</li>

The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a 50-year-old home health agency that is growing and looking to hire Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) in Palm Beach County.
As a Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs), you will work with referral sources from the healthcare community to provide therapy services according to physician's orders and under the supervision of a registered Physical Therapist to meet the needs of individuals and families in their homes. Assess patients conditions and report significant changes to the registered PT and nursing supervisors.
Must have at least 1 year experience working as a PTA in either an outpatient facility or hospital setting.
