JOB SUMMARY 
The Project and Mechanical design position will lead and support development and implementation of combustor system upgrades. This position works with a variety of internal and external teams to drive engineering and technical project management activities relating to gas turbine combustion modifications, and upgrades. Candidate will be part of a multi-disciplinary design team working on Industrial Gas Turbine (IGT) combustion components and systems to meet performance and design criteria such as combustion stability, operability, emissions, pressure drop, life, and cost across multiple engine frames.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to, the following:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned):
Drives Sales

<li>Contribute to store sales goals by selling furniture, accessories and services offered by La‐Z‐Boy</li>
<li>Promote the Design program &amp; assist the Designer to achieve established Design program sales goals</li>
<li>Consistently execute the La‐Z‐Boy selling process and strive to provide a favorable experience to all customers.</li>

Design Program

<li>Schedule professional home consultations to present customized room designs, including sample fabrics, furniture, tables and accessory recommendations as well as the benefits of a professional installation service.</li>
