We're seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Westcott Apartments in Tallahassee, Florida. This role is perfect for someone who is dependable, customer-focused, and ready to make a difference every day.
What You'll Do:
- Complete service requests efficiently and professionally
- Perform apartment turns and make-readies
- Assist with apartment punch work
- Complete general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, drywall, and construction repairs
- Maintain the appearance of the grounds and common areas
- Assist with larger property improvement projects
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and team members
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience
- Strong work ethic and positive, team-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
- Weekend availability required
- Flexibility to work occasional holidays as needed
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- HVAC certification preferred
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification preferred
