What You Will Own &amp; Execute
Operational &amp; Staff Leadership

What You Bring to the Team

<li>Experience: 6 to 10 years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality or high-end residential management, including direct supervisory roles.</li>
<li>Expertise: A deep understanding of ultra-luxury service standards and the unique expectations of high-net-worth residents.</li>
<li>Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, paired with advanced problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Commitment: Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., while remaining on call 24/7 for operational needs.</li>
