Hourly rate compensation and commissions earned can lead to annual compensation above $100,000. 
Technicians can also earn one-time bonuses ($500 Each) for certifications earned while a member of the company.

We are seeking a skilled barista to join our team. As a barista, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an amazing experience at our restaurant by creating exceptional drinks.
 
Responsibilities:

<li>Prepare/serve a variety of coffee and other beverages.</li>
<li>Consistently maintain high standards of quality and presentation with beverages.</li>
<li>Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, brewers, etc.</li>
<li>Uphold cleanliness and proper sanitation standards.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive customer experience.</li>
<li>Accurately use POS (point of sale) system to complete transactions when necessary.</li>

Requirements:

<li>Previous experience in a barista role; minimum 1 year. Preferably in a fast-paced cafe or bakery setting.</li>
<li>Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and machine operation.</li>
<li>Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.</li>
<li>Ability to speak English proficiently. Bi-lingual is a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li>
