Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Tallahassee, FL 32308

Job Summary:-

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale modernization initiative focused on replacing an enterprise Records Management System (RMS) with a modern cloud-based solution. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Required Qualifications:-

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2. Minimum 3 years of experience working on enterprise-level IT projects.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
4. Minimum 3 years of experience working on full SDLC projects.
5. Minimum 3 years of experience integrating multiple enterprise applications or systems.
6. Minimum 3 years of experience facilitating JAD sessions and stakeholder workshops.
7. Minimum 3 years of experience creating comprehensive test plans and working with automated testing tools.
8. Strong knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).
9. Experience developing process flows, use cases, and requirements documentation.
10. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
12. Ability to work independently and within cross-functional Agile or Waterfall teams.

Preferred Qualifications:-

1. Master's degree in a related field.
2. Experience with Java-based enterprise applications (JSF/J2EE).
3. Experience using Microsoft Visio for process modeling.
4. Experience with Jira for project and requirements management.
5. Experience with Silk Central or similar test management tools.
6. Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent).
