Anticipated Salary Range
The anticipated starting salary for this position is in the range of mid $40,000's, commensurate with experience and education.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate academic affairs and student services for the Department of Sport Management's master's and doctoral programs, serving as the primary point of contact for prospective and current graduate students.
- Advise graduate students on degree requirements, course planning, academic policies, and program progression while monitoring academic success and supporting timely degree completion.
- Manage student records and academic processes, including registration, enrollment, graduate forms, transfer credit evaluations, graduation clearances, and compliance with university and Graduate School requirements.
- Coordinate curriculum administration by maintaining course schedules, processing registration, and grading transactions, coordinating textbooks, and communicating program updates, deadlines, and policy changes.
- Support graduate recruitment and admissions by assisting with marketing, responding to prospective student inquiries, processing applications, coordinating admissions materials, and facilitating new student orientation.
- Maintain graduate program resources and student information systems, including advising materials, student handbooks, Canvas sites, and tracking databases to ensure accurate and timely records.
- Provide administrative support to the department through inventory management, purchasing card support, cross-training, and other departmental duties as assigned.
Qualifications
