Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and effective distribution of our products while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of supply chain and distribution processes, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient distribution strategies that align with company objectives.
- Manage daily operations of the distribution center including staff scheduling, training, and development.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels.
- Liaise with various departments to achieve optimal inventory control and management.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines.
- Analyze logistics data to optimize shipping and transport procedures.
- Maintain relationships with transportation and logistics providers.
- Prepare and manage distribution budgets.
- Manage delivery performance, metrics and seek ways to improve logistics operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, related field, or related experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a distribution manager role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics management software, SAP, Samsara.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with superb analytical skills.
- Familiarity with safety and performance standards in the industry.
