JOB SUMMARY:
- Responsible for serving as the primary technical global support contact for the Concur application which includes the Expense, Travel, and P-Card modules.
- This individual will be directly responsible for ensuring that all integrations from/to Concur (SAE file, Employee Import, Chart of Accounts, etc).) are running successfully.
- Act as the application Subject Matter Expert (SME) for any upgrades/changes to the application and will handle all end-user Incidents/Requests reported through Service Now pertaining to Concur.
- Serve as a backup functional analyst for the PeopleSoft Financials AM, AP, and GL modules..
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor the integrations from/to the Concur application and troubleshoot any issues identified.
- Serve as the IT subject matter expert for Concur and work with the business on any new enhancement requests and/or changes.
- Develop test cases, perform Quality Assurance testing, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing to ensure business requirements are met prior to implementing changes in Production.
- Document all Standard Operating Procedures and ensure compliance with NCLH internal controls (ITGCs).
- Perform semi-annual application User Access Reviews with business stakeholders.
- Work directly with the Concur Support team on issue escalations.
- Work with IT security on access issues relating to Okta and Single Sign-on (SSO).
- Attend Release Note review calls to learn about upcoming changes and determine impact if/any to our environment.
- Perform other job-related functions as assigned..
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Management Information Systems or related field of study or any equivalent combination of experience and skills
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience providing IT support for a corporate Travel and Expense application..
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Knowledge of Travel and Expense best practices and policies required
- Experience supporting Concur Travel, Expense, P-Card, and Detect functionality is required
- Knowledge of Single Sign-on via Okta is preferred
- PeopleSoft Financials (AM, AP, GL) experience preferred, but not required
- Basic SQL experience preferred, but not required
