We are seeking experienced and polished Restaurant Managers to lead the daily operations of our upscale restaurant. You'll be responsible for delivering a seamless guest experience, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring every detail reflects the quality of our brand.
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years in a management role within an upscale environment
- Experience balancing high-volume operations with elevated, fine dining service standards
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills in English
- Composed, solutions-oriented, and gracious under pressure
- Proficiency in POS and restaurant management software
- Knowledge of wine and spirits is a must; familiarity with Japanese cuisine and sake is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus
- Working knowledge of Spanish or another language is a plus
