<li>Performs receiving activities according to accepted procedures, verifies receipt of materials and supplies as specified on purchase order documents;</li>

We are seeking energetic, versatile, and hospitality-driven Restaurant Servers to help establish the guest experience at our newest location! At Mercado West, servers do it all from order taking and cocktail service to hosting, food running, and expediting.

Job Specific

<li>Maintains current knowledge of all menu offerings, to include ingredients, preparation method and time required, presentation and appearance</li>
<li>Sets up assigned station with all required supplies, ”Mis en Place”</li>
<li>Greets guests in a polite professional manner according to Loews standards</li>
