Purpose
This position is responsible for sales activities associated with the Room Service operation to include; assisting guest in the selection of menu items; upselling food, beverages, after dinner beverages and desserts; taking and processing orders; maintaining records.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Stays informed of status of menu item availability

Assists guests with selection of food, beverage, wine, dessert and specialty items

Makes knowledgeable recommendations regarding selection of food, beverages, wines desserts and after dinner beverages to ensure guest satisfaction, while attempting to produce maximum revenue form sale

What You’ll Do
You’ll be part of the team that keeps automation projects moving. At ProAutomated, we don’t install systems, we partner with system integrators and manufacturers to ensure everything works flawlessly when it matters most.

<li>Support data center startups, performing on-site mechanical, electrical, and control checks.</li>
<li>Lead startup, checkout, and acceptance testing for warehouse fulfillment and manufacturing systems in industries like food and beverage.</li>
<li>Partner with automation and controls engineers to test, troubleshoot, and validate their systems on-site.</li>
<li>Provide clear communication and updates to customers and project teams to keep progress smooth and accurate.</li>
<li>Typical travel rotations follow a days on &amp; off schedule: 5 on - 2 off, 10 on – 4 off, or 14 on – 7 off. Every project brings new challenges and new locations.</li>
</ul>

<li>Work with various customers, getting invaluable real world experience with massive companies, but with the ProAutomated team supporting you.</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For

<li>A genuine love of travel, expect to be away from home on rotation (we’ll handle the logistics).</li>
<li>Preferred experience: have a working knowledge of electrical systems, programming, and communication networking skills.</li>
<li>Adaptability and grit, you thrive when plans change and challenges pop up.</li>
<li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Must live within 50 miles of a major airport (relocation assistance available).</li>
<li>Personal vehicle within 45 days of employment (for local projects).</li>
<li>Authorized to work in the U.S.</li>
<li>A technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience (3+ years) in a related field such as electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering. &nbsp;</li>

What You'll Do:
